This book give a very straight forward narrative of the life cycle of a wolf. It begins with the mother wolf giving birth to many baby cubs and ends with the now grown wolves returning to their birth place to have their own cubs. it does a great job of bringing the life cycle of a wolf full circle. Not only does it discuss the stages of a wolf's life, but it also goes into detail telling what the wolves do in each stage, such as learning to hunt etc. the book also uses beautiful illustrations that would engage most children.
